World’s largest civil engineering project entrusted JASO to assist with doubling the capacity of the Canal.

Requirement

Reliable tower cranes required for a 24-hours a day operation, 7 days a week. The project required on-site service and spare parts to minimize downtime, hence skilled assembly and maintenance personnel and crane operator training were part of the scope.

Solution

Presence of tower cranes technicians at the job site, and a complete set of spare parts available to the customer. Implemented a JASO training program that included a Tower Crane simulator that our Mexican and Panamanian distributors helped design and used to train tower cranes operators.
