From April 7 to 13 in Munich, bauma will be the perfect stage to celebrate our 50th birthday with all our partners and clients.
True to our commitment to innovation and the development of efficient and optimized lifting solutions for the construction, wind energy, and industrial markets, we will present our latest novelties at stand FS.1003/8: the new Flat Top J165.8, our new cabin, as well as the GPT27 transport platform and the GP40 work platform with the innovative monorail system.
J165.8: Innovation and Versatility
A new crane model joins our Flat Top range. This J165.8 Flat Top crane has:
- A maximum load of 8 tons
- A tip load of 1.92 tons
- Boom lengths between 30 and 60 meters, which can be extended in 5-meter increments
- An extremely short counter-jib of 12.9 meters
- Flat counterweights
- A freestanding height of 53.10 meters with a 1.75-meter tower system
- A high-performance mechanism, with an impressive maximum speed of 177 m/min (45 kW)
- Low carbon footprint – ECO-Mode with low consumption of 31 KVA
- Optimized for intelligent transport and assembly
Its design optimizes the weight of the components, facilitating quick and efficient assembly even in congested areas. It also incorporates innovative technologies such as micro speed, progressive rotation, and Smartlink, ensuring efficiency, safety, and low environmental impact.
Construction Elevators GPT27 and MCWP GP40 with monorail
As leaders in Rack & Pinion systems in the wind sector, we also offer construction elevators with a renewed product portfolio, including personnel and material elevators, transport and work platforms, hoists, and tower crane elevators.
In this edition, we will present the new GPT27 transport platform and our MCWP GP40, the all new monorail system.
- GPT27: with a maximum load capacity of 2,700 kg, it combines cost-effectiveness and robustness, allowing the lifting of loads and people quickly to different heights, optimizing productivity to the maximum. Features included are:
- Maximum Load: 2,700 kg
- Maximum number of people: 7
- Internal cabin dimensions: 3.2×1.5 m
- High-performance mechanism (3×5.5 kW)
- Speed: 12 m/min for people and 20 m/min for material
- Maximum height: 200 m – MN65 mast system
- Distance between ties: every 9 m
- Common mast system with other equipment
- GP40 with monorail: We present a revolutionary solution designed to transform facade cladding operations. By ingeniously integrating a monorail system with our renowned mast climbing work platforms, the monorail facilitates the efficient movement of materials and personnel along the building’s vertical extension, optimizing the entire cladding process with great precision. Product features of the monorail are:
- Maximum load: 500 kg
- Maximum track length: 29.56 m for double mast configuration and 10.12 m for single mast
- Maximum height: 350 m – MR50 mast system
- Distance between ties: every 6 m
- Intelligent assembly
- Robust, modular, comfortable, and safe
New cabin ‘HORIZON’
Finally, we will unveil our new ‘HORIZON’ cabin. A new design that will optimize operator comfort and visibility, which you can discover exclusively at bauma.
