Advantages of our Mono-rail system

Alike other systems in the market, our mono rail is conceived to ease working horizontally along the platform when you need to move weights. These weights are particularly important when installing curtain walls or ventilated rainshield systems or whenever there is a need to move weights laterally.

Our system is 100% modular and monorail is build up using modules with equal dimensions as the mast climber platform module s, i.e. 1,5m and 0,83m. This enables to achieve a system which moves the loads along the full platform length. In case of the single plaform this is max  10,12m (in theory 13,44m)  and with a Twin mast configuration max 29,56m.

The monorail system can be assembled ad hoc and on/off, so not only from the first assembly fo the Mast climber but at any time once the platform is installed. This enables to assemble the monorail during different phases of the facade works. There is no need for specific or additional auxiliary means to assemble the mono rail system as it can be done using the same mast climber unit.

The unit can be installed at any height, adjusting to the size of the panels to be installed.

Unit counts with all safety gear according norm EN-1545, which for example stops the vertical movement of the platform when working with the monorail and viceversa. The unit comes with 500kg hoist and hook operated with chain through remote control. Unit is suitable for a max height of 30m. Other type of gear is optional or owner can also operate own gear.
