{"id":2932,"date":"2018-09-20T11:26:00","date_gmt":"2018-09-20T11:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jaso.com\/tower\/?p=2932"},"modified":"2025-07-29T08:15:32","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T08:15:32","slug":"gruas-para-la-investigacion-medioambiental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jaso.com\/tower\/proyectos\/gruas-para-la-investigacion-medioambiental\/","title":{"rendered":"Gr\u00faas para la investigaci\u00f3n medioambiental"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Seis City Cranes son parte de EucFACE, el mayor experimento sobre el cambio clim\u00e1tico en Australia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Necesidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto realizado por la Western Sydney University en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Hawkesbury Institute for the Environment, tiene como objetivo evaluar c\u00f3mo el aumento del nivel de CO2 atmosf\u00e9rico afectar\u00e1 nuestros ecosistemas en un futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este an\u00e1lisis, se deb\u00eda llevar a cabo desde una posici\u00f3n elevada, por lo que se requer\u00eda una m\u00e1quina capaz de levantar personas por encima de los \u00e1rboles, causando el menor trastorno posible en el entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soluci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trataba de un proyecto poco habitual para la compa\u00f1\u00eda, ya que las gr\u00faas deb\u00edan de elevar jaulas con personas, en vez de levantar elementos que normalmente vemos en la mayor\u00eda de las obras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello, se suministraron 6 City Cranes J4010 con una serie de modificaciones. Por un lado, se adaptaron mecanismos y componentes para elevar el personal y por otro, se redise\u00f1aron algunos elementos de la gr\u00faa, de forma que los equipos resultaran completamente respetuosos con el entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ofrecer la mayor seguridad a las personas, se coloc\u00f3 un mecanismo de elevaci\u00f3n especial con variador de frecuencia, permitiendo unos movimientos muy suaves, un freno de pinzas en el mismo mecanismo, limitadores de carga y un sistema \u201canti-climbing\u201d para restringir el acceso al equipo. Las gr\u00faas est\u00e1n equipadas con cables de acero inoxidable y motores el\u00e9ctricos con un grado de protecci\u00f3n superior al habitual. Adem\u00e1s, se utiliz\u00f3 un sistema de pintado especial para garantizar la vida de la pintura en ese entorno tan particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, con la finalidad de reducir el impacto en el entorno natural, las gr\u00faas cuentan con un anclaje particularmente dise\u00f1ado para este proyecto.
