Una empresa que le resolviera una problem\u00e1tica: c\u00f3mo montar dos gr\u00faas en un lugar d\u00f3nde no se pod\u00edan montar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por todo ello, nuestro distribuidor oficial en Chile, Heavy Duty, una divisi\u00f3n del Grupo Integral, fue la adjudicataria de esta gran obra de ingenier\u00eda que une la Isla de Chilo\u00e9 con el territorio continental chileno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soluci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heavy Duty escogi\u00f3 nuestra gama&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/jaso.com\/tower\/es-es\/gruas-torre\/top-line\/serie-h\/\">Low Top<\/a>, concretamente dos J360.24 de 24 toneladas de capacidad para la construcci\u00f3n de este puente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El montaje de las dos gr\u00faas en medio del canal fue la parte m\u00e1s compleja del proyecto. Para llevarlo a cabo, se dise\u00f1aron dos bases especiales soldadas a las camisas de los pilones y donde se apoyaron las dos gr\u00faas en sus primeras posiciones, para posteriormente cambiar de ubicaci\u00f3n, esta vez empotradas y terminar de construir la base del pilono central del puente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera gr\u00faa parti\u00f3 de una altura inicial de 57,5 metros, con una pluma de 55 metros de longitud y una capacidad de 5 toneladas de carga en punta y fue la encargada de montar la segunda gr\u00faa que se instal\u00f3 a 44.60 m con una pluma de 35 m y una capacidad de carga en punta de 12 toneladas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ejecuci\u00f3n fue todo un logro debido a las adversas y cambiantes condiciones a las que los operarios se tuvieron que enfrentar. Las subidas y bajadas de las mareas, las lluvias torrenciales, vientos que alcanzaron los 160km\/h y la propia condici\u00f3n s\u00edsmica pusieron a prueba la pericia y maestr\u00eda del equipo que vivi\u00f3 una experiencia que a muchos colegas de la profesi\u00f3n les hubiera gustado vivir, comenta Daniel Corval\u00e1n, un operador del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una segunda fase y una vez construida la base del pilono central, las gr\u00faas llegaran hasta una altura de 188 y 176 m respectivamente, empleando solo 5 arriostramientos por gr\u00faa, el m\u00e1s largo de 17.50 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Felicidades una vez m\u00e1s a nuestros compa\u00f1eros de Integral por este gran trabajo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puente sobre el Canal de Chacao, c\u00f3mo ejecutar con \u00e9xito el montaje de 2 gr\u00faas luchando contra viento y marea.
