asi\u00e1tico, inici\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n del proyecto urban\u00edstico conocido como Tengah Plantation C3 &amp; Common Green Development<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto, del que se encargar\u00e1 la constructora Straits Construction Singapore Pte Ltd, constar\u00e1 de 10 bloques con 1140 viviendas, as\u00ed como de un aparcamiento, pabellones, diversas instalaciones y jardines y zonas verdes comunes. En definitiva, crear\u00e1 una nueva \u00e1rea residencial a precios asequibles en un pa\u00eds conocido por su escasez de espacio para construir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dado lo ambicioso del proyecto, han participado en \u00e9l varias empresas. JASO, a trav\u00e9s de su distribuidor en Singapur Crane World Asia ha aportado una J800 y cuatro&nbsp;J1400, las primeras unidades de este modelo fabricadas por nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que la necesidad de contar con gr\u00faas torre con capacidad para levantar cargas pesadas (algunos componentes pueden pesar hasta 35 toneladas), convirti\u00f3 al modelo J1400 en una gr\u00faa imprescindible para este proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soluci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con una carga m\u00e1xima de 64 toneladas y una carga en punta de 10,5 toneladas a 80 metros, es a d\u00eda de hoy nuestra gr\u00faa de mayor capacidad, siendo la mejor alternativa para proyectos de gran envergadura como el de Tengah Plantation C3 &amp; Common Green Development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siendo aptas tambi\u00e9n para la construcci\u00f3n de pantanos y otras grandes obras civiles similares, las 4 unidades estaban destinadas para las aplicaciones de construcci\u00f3n PPVC, donde los edificios se construyen utilizando una gran gr\u00faa que apila m\u00f3dulos independientes para formar una torre de varias plantas como un \u2018Lego\u2019. Tal y como menciona Dick Huitema, nuestro responsable de \u00e1rea de exportaci\u00f3n: \u00abEsta gr\u00faa est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para elevar con facilidad cargas de PPVC de 35 a 40 toneladas hasta una altura de 150 metros sin que se produzca una reducci\u00f3n en la tabla de carga por altura\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la situaci\u00f3n ocasionada por la pandemia en Malasia, pa\u00eds del que se importaban los componentes, provoc\u00f3 la interrupci\u00f3n de la cadena de suministro. En consecuencia, estas gr\u00faas tuvieron que cambiar de funci\u00f3n y pasar al modo de construcci\u00f3n habitual, demostrando as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n su gran capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre sus caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1s destacadas podemos mencionar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>64 toneladas de capacidad con una pluma de hasta 80 metros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10,5 toneladas de carga en punta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pluma m\u00e1s corta es de 25 metros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacidad de levantar 36 toneladas a un alcance de 40 metros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 contra-plumas modulares que van desde un radio de 18,1 hasta 29 metros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secciones de 5,6 metros de longitud a 2,16 x 2,16 metros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dimensiones optimizadas para facilitar su montaje y transporte:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Por v\u00eda mar\u00edtima se puede transportar en contenedores est\u00e1ndar de 40 pies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dise\u00f1o de contrapluma plegable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El peso m\u00e1ximo de los componentes es de 10 toneladas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tanto, debido a sus caracter\u00edsticas y a su capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n, la J1400 es la gr\u00faa perfecta para el proyecto Tengah Plantation C3 &amp; Common Green Development.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este modelo Low Top, de punta de torre corta con contrapluma modular plegable y dimensiones optimizadas para montaje y transporte, permite trabajar tanto para aplicaciones de construcci\u00f3n de PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) como en obras civiles de gran envergadura.
