Nos grues High Top ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la construction du Viaduc de Contreras, une \u0153uvre r\u00e9compens\u00e9e par des prix nationaux et internationaux pour sa complexit\u00e9 technique et son design attrayant.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Le Viaduc de Contreras, situ\u00e9 entre Valence et Cuenca, est l\u2019une des r\u00e9alisations les plus impressionnantes de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie ferroviaire en Espagne. Con\u00e7u par Javier Manterola et achev\u00e9 en 2010 sous la direction de l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur Pablo Jim\u00e9nez Guijarro, rattach\u00e9 \u00e0 ADIF, ce viaduc allie esth\u00e9tique et fonctionnalit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son arc principal en b\u00e9ton de 261 m\u00e8tres, qui \u00e9tait alors le plus long du pays. Sa construction a relev\u00e9 des d\u00e9fis techniques uniques li\u00e9s \u00e0 une topographie accident\u00e9e et \u00e0 des exigences environnementales strictes, \u00e9tant situ\u00e9 dans une future R\u00e9serve de Biosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour mener \u00e0 bien ce projet, des grues \u00e0 tour J300 de notre gamme High Top<\/a> <\/strong>ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es. R\u00e9put\u00e9es pour leur fiabilit\u00e9 et leur polyvalence, elles offraient une capacit\u00e9 de charge de 12 tonnes, une port\u00e9e de 75 m\u00e8tres et une capacit\u00e9 en bout de fl\u00e8che de 2 700 kg. Ces grues se sont parfaitement adapt\u00e9es aux besoins du projet, surmontant les principaux d\u00e9fis suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Acc\u00e8s et fondations sur terrain accident\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Le viaduc a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit au-dessus d\u2019un r\u00e9servoir dans une zone \u00e0 la topographie complexe. Cela a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 l\u2019installation de fondations provisoires et de structures auxiliaires pour soutenir les grues \u00e0 tour et les \u00e9quipements, garantissant leur stabilit\u00e9 dans un environnement exigeant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Construction par encorbellements successifs :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      L\u2019arc principal, d\u2019une port\u00e9e de 261 m\u00e8tres, a \u00e9t\u00e9 assembl\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide de voussoirs en encorbellement, soutenus par des syst\u00e8mes de haubanage provisoires. Les grues \u00e0 tour ont d\u00fb fonctionner sous des charges variables, avec une pr\u00e9cision extr\u00eame pour positionner chaque segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Conditions environnementales et espace limit\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Les op\u00e9rations des grues \u00e9taient contraintes par la proximit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de minimiser l\u2019impact environnemental. De plus, les man\u0153uvres devaient \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es avec soin pour \u00e9viter tout dommage aux structures existantes et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me environnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. \u00c9l\u00e9vation de charges lourdes \u00e0 des hauteurs variables :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Les grues ont manipul\u00e9 des composants volumineux et lourds, tels que des segments du pont et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels, souvent \u00e0 des hauteurs importantes. Cela a exig\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le des charges et des man\u0153uvres pr\u00e9cises pour r\u00e9duire les risques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
