{"id":2939,"date":"2018-09-20T11:30:00","date_gmt":"2018-09-20T11:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jaso.com\/tower\/?p=2939"},"modified":"2023-11-28T16:14:20","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T16:14:20","slug":"grues-pour-la-recherche-environnementale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jaso.com\/tower\/fr\/nouvelles\/grues-pour-la-recherche-environnementale\/","title":{"rendered":"Grues pour la recherche environnementale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Enjeu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet conduit par la Western Sydney University en collaboration avec le Hawkesbury Institute for the Environment vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer dans quelle mesure la hausse des niveaux de CO2 dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re aura une incidence sur nos \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette analyse devait \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e depuis un poste situ\u00e9 en hauteur, de sorte qu\u2019une machine capable de soulever des personnes au-dessus des arbres et provoquant une perturbation moindre sur l\u2019environnement \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un projet peu fr\u00e9quent pour l\u2019entreprise, les grues devant soulever des cages avec des personnes au lieu de soulever des \u00e9l\u00e9ments normalement utilis\u00e9s sur la plupart des chantiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 cette fin, 6 City Cranes J4010 ayant subi un certain nombre de modifications ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournies. D\u2019une part, les m\u00e9canismes et les composants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9s afin de soulever le personnel, et d\u2019autre part, certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la grue ont \u00e9t\u00e9 repens\u00e9s afin que les \u00e9quipements soient enti\u00e8rement respectueux de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un m\u00e9canisme de levage sp\u00e9cial avec variateur de fr\u00e9quence, permettant des mouvements tr\u00e8s doux, un \u00e9trier de frein, des limiteurs de charge et un syst\u00e8me \u00ab anti-climbing \u00bb pour restreindre l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s pour assurer une plus grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes. Les grues sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de c\u00e2bles en acier inoxydable et de moteurs \u00e9lectriques ayant un degr\u00e9 de protection plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que la normale. En outre, un syst\u00e8me de peinture sp\u00e9cial a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 afin d\u2019assurer la dur\u00e9e de vie de la peinture dans cet environnement si particulier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00eame, afin de r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact sur l\u2019environnement naturel, les grues sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es d\u2019un ancrage con\u00e7u particuli\u00e8rement pour ce projet.
