Cette grue devait \u00eatre t\u00e9lescop\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, les complications survenues lors de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des travaux ont amen\u00e9 JASO Tower Cranes et&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.heavyduty.cl\/\">HEAVY DUTY<\/a>, son repr\u00e9sentant exclusif au Chili, \u00e0 s\u2019impliquer pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans les travaux et \u00e0 proposer une solution r\u00e9alisable. Une solution jamais envisag\u00e9e auparavant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019approche innovante de JASO Tower Cranes et d\u2019HEAVY DUTY a permis la poursuite des travaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi le grand nombre de grues dont HEAVY DUTY dispose, deux&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/jaso.com\/tower\/fr\/grues-a-tour\/city-cranes\/serie-l\/\">J36MAC<\/a>&nbsp;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es, \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de cette situation complexe. La solution a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 apporter les modifications suivantes sur les grues&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Adapter les deux grues afin d\u2019\u00eatre en mesure d\u2019intervenir avec des fl\u00e8ches de 15 m seulement.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Modifier les bases afin que les grues puissent \u00eatre plac\u00e9es au point strat\u00e9gique choisi.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Redimensionner les tambours, les r\u00e9ducteurs, les moteurs, les freins de levage de charge.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux J36MAC disposant d\u2019une charge maximale de 2 t et d\u2019une fl\u00e8che de 36 m se sont ainsi remarquablement acquitt\u00e9es de leur t\u00e2che avec 15 m de fl\u00e8che seulement reposant sur un t\u00e9lescopage coulissant et avec un tambour capable de recevoir suffisamment de c\u00e2ble pour travailler \u00e0 270 m de haut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette brillante solution est le r\u00e9sultat de nombreuses ann\u00e9es d\u2019une \u00e9troite collaboration entre JASO Tower Cranes et HEAVY DUTY.
