La plus grande grue de la marque JASO participe \u00e0 la construction de \u00ab The Ribbon \u00bb, un projet immobilier qui transformera le skyline de Sydney<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enjeu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La zone de Darling Harbour se trouve en pleine mutation avec les travaux du b\u00e2timent con\u00e7u par le cabinet d’architecture Hassell. \u00ab The Ribbon \u00bb, dont l’inauguration est pr\u00e9vue en 2020, sera la nouvelle porte d’entr\u00e9e au centre d’affaires de la ville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour un projet d’une telle envergure, le recours \u00e0 des grues \u00e0 tour capables de d\u00e9placer de grandes charges dans un espace particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9duit s’av\u00e9rait n\u00e9cessaire. Jusqu’\u00e0 maintenant, les limitations des grues \u00e9lectriques ne positionnaient pas ces \u00e9quipements comme des solutions une alternative \u00e0 l’emploi de mod\u00e8les diesel pour l’ex\u00e9cution de ce type de travaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En partenariat avec Titan Cranes, JASO a produit la premi\u00e8re unit\u00e9 de la J780PA<\/a>, un mod\u00e8le consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l’une des grues \u00e9lectriques les plus grandes du march\u00e9. Cette grue \u00e0 fl\u00e8che relevable se pr\u00e9sente comme la meilleure option pour la mise en \u0153uvre de travaux tels que la construction de ce nouveau complexe baptis\u00e9 \u00ab The Ribbon \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le mod\u00e8le se comporte en deux versions, la premi\u00e8re poss\u00e9dant une capacit\u00e9 maximale de 75 t, une port\u00e9e de 70 m et un moteur de 220 kW, tandis que la seconde, la J780PA.64, peut soulever un poids maximal de 64 t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le montage de la J780PA a vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 \u00e0 terme a grande vitesse, puisque la grue a \u00e9t\u00e9 assembl\u00e9e en moins de 3 jours dans un espace extr\u00eamement r\u00e9duit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 unit\u00e9s de ce nouveau mod\u00e8le vont voir le jour en 2018 et, gr\u00e2ce aux caract\u00e9ristiques de cette grue J780PA, selon les pr\u00e9visions on envisage une croissance de la demande mondiale dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
