Avec une grue de sa gamme Top Line, JASO participe aux travaux de r\u00e9novation et d’agrandissement du centre d’enseignement \u00e0 Karlstad, Su\u00e8de<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enjeu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’entreprise su\u00e9doise du b\u00e2timent Skanska a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de mener \u00e0 terme ce projet se d\u00e9roulant sur une surface de 21.300 m2 distribu\u00e9s en trois b\u00e2timents. L\u2019inauguration \u00e9tant prevue pour 2021, le nouveau centre d’enseignement secondaire Sundsta-\u00c4lvkullegymnasiet pourra accueillir plus de 2.000 \u00e9tudiants et 250 professeurs, ce qui le positionnera parmi les coll\u00e8ges les plus modernes et les plus grands du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les travaux exigeaient la mise en service d’une grue \u00e0 tour \u00e0 fl\u00e8che horizontale facile \u00e0 monter et capable de transporter des charges sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 3 tonnes. Un autre facteur cl\u00e9 r\u00e9sidait dans le besoin de couvrir un rayon d’action de 75 m\u00e8tres pour pouvoir atteindre tous les points du chantier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second\u00e9 par LL Kranar AB, notre distributeur DMS a fait confiance \u00e0 JASO pour l’installation d’une grue \u00e0 tour J560<\/a> faisant partie de la s\u00e9rie H de la gamme Top Line<\/a>. Un ascenseur JL25<\/a> a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre au besoin d’acc\u00e8s des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 la cabine de commande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S’agissant de l’une des plus grandes grues \u00e0 fl\u00e8che horizontale de la marque JASO, ce mod\u00e8le pr\u00e9sente certains avantages. Il poss\u00e8de en effet une port\u00e9e maximale de 85 m \u00e9tant capable de lever des charges jusqu\u2019\u00e0 24 t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette grue \u00e0 tour se caract\u00e9rise par le fait d’\u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9e d’un porte-fl\u00e8che tr\u00e8s court, ce qui simplifie les man\u0153uvres lors du croisement de plusieurs machines \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes hauteurs.
