La gare sera \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019une zone de stationnement souterraine capable d\u2019accueillir 500 v\u00e9hicules, ainsi que d\u2019une place am\u00e9nag\u00e9e en surface surplomb\u00e9e d\u2019un b\u00e2timent de 11 \u00e9tages qui abritera un h\u00f4tel, une cit\u00e9 universitaire, une salle de sport et des zones commerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les travaux ont commenc\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2017, avec le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement de l\u2019ancienne gare routi\u00e8re entrepris \u00e0 l\u2019issue du transfert des services dans une gare provisoire situ\u00e9e sur la place Garellano. Les travaux de terrassement se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018, p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9marrage de la construction de la structure compos\u00e9e de pr\u00e9dalles en b\u00e9ton pesant entre 3 000 et 3 500 kg chacune. Le montage de plusieurs grues \u00e0 tour s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019ensemble de cet ouvrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des premi\u00e8res phases du projet, JASO Tower Cranes a install\u00e9 un total de&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/jaso.com\/tower\/fr\/grues-a-tour\/\">8 grues \u00e0 tour<\/a>&nbsp;J110N poss\u00e9dant une fl\u00e8che de 30 et 35 m pour pouvoir transporter les pr\u00e9dalles rapidement et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
