6 grues JASO participent \u00e0 la construction du complexe Territoria Apoquindo qui abritera un march\u00e9, des commerces, des restaurants, des espaces de loisirs et des zones de bureaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enjeu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019entreprise du b\u00e2timent Echeverr\u00eda Izquierdo a fait appel \u00e0 notre distributeur officiel chilien, Heavy Duty, l\u2019une des divisions de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 GRUPO INTEGRAL, pour la fourniture de 6 grues destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du projet monumental Territoria Apoquindo, qui comprend la construction de 9 niveaux souterrains, d\u2019un immeuble commercial de 6 \u00e9tages et de 3 tours de 20 \u00e0 23 \u00e9tages chacune. Ce complexe immobilier comptant 140 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 entre le point le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et le point le plus bas du b\u00e2timent contribuera \u00e0 promouvoir  l \u2019entrepreneuriat et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois dans la capitale chilienne, tout en participant \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du transport gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019agrandissement de la station de m\u00e9tro Tobalaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour le chantier, un total de six grues a \u00e9t\u00e9 mont\u00e9. Parmi ces grues deux font partie de la famille d\u2019\u00e9quipements Top Line<\/a>, tandis que les quatre restantes appartiennent \u00e0 la gamme City Cranes<\/a>, qui ont fini par travailler \u00e0 des hauteurs sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 130 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concernant les grues Top Line, on fit appel aux mod\u00e8les J300<\/a> et J160.10<\/a>, qui poss\u00e8dent des capacit\u00e9s de charge maximale respectives de 12 et 10 tonnes. La hauteur de d\u00e9part de la premi\u00e8re grue a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie \u00e0 95 m\u00e8tres, celle-ci ayant atteint une hauteur finale de 150 m\u00e8tres tandis que la seconde a commenc\u00e9 \u00e2 travailler \u00e0 50 m\u00e8tres du sol pour atteindre une hauteur de 140 m\u00e8tres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour ce qui est des grues City Cranes, des mod\u00e8les de la s\u00e9rie L<\/a>, d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de charge maximale de 2,5 tonnes qui ont atteint des hauteurs sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 125 m\u00e8tres y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s, ainsi que des grues de la s\u00e9rie NS<\/a> poss\u00e9dant des capacit\u00e9s de charge maximale de 5 tonnes, celles-ci ayant aussi atteint les 130 m\u00e8tres de haut. La hauteur de d\u00e9part de ces 4 grues \u00e0 des hauteurs n\u2019\u00e9tait pas sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 45 m\u00e8tres alors qu\u2019elles ont fini par travailler \u00e0 plus de 125 m\u00e8tres de haut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
