<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JASO Tower Cranes, par l’interm\u00e9diaire de sa division\u00a0JASO Elevation Systems<\/a>, fait partie du projet SEAPOWER, qui vise \u00e0 promouvoir la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement en collaboration de technologies et de solutions pour les structures, les tours et les syst\u00e8mes auxiliaires des nouvelles turbines offshore de grand diam\u00e8tre XXL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il s’agit de la premi\u00e8re collaboration \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle dans le domaine de l’\u00e9olien en mer<\/strong> qui a pour but de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certaines des principales tendances du secteur. L’\u00e9volution du secteur vers des turbines de grande puissance s\u00b4av\u00e8re un d\u00e9fi pour tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui composent les parcs \u00e9oliens en mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JASO, en tant que sp\u00e9cialiste des syst\u00e8mes d’\u00e9l\u00e9vation, fournit une solution innovante pour les ascenseurs des tours d’\u00e9oliennes<\/strong>, l’un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments auxiliaires les plus importants en termes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, puisqu’ils permettent aux techniciens de maintenance d’acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la nacelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outre les travaux d’entretien proprement dits, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre syst\u00e8me \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re<\/strong>, qui ne n\u00e9cessite pas que la tour soit compl\u00e8tement termin\u00e9e pour installer l’ascenseur, nous pouvons aider et accompagner la phase de montage, facilitant ainsi l’assemblage des sections de la tour et m\u00eame de la nacelle elle-m\u00eame \u00e0 la tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’un de nos objectifs a \u00e9t\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de l’\u00e9olien offshore par rapport \u00e0 l’\u00e9olien terrestre. Pour cela, une analyse de charge tr\u00e8s d\u00e9taill\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en tenant compte des coefficients dynamiques et des forces variables caus\u00e9es par le mouvement de la mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au niveau de la conception, les colonnes montantes font l’objet de traitements de surface sp\u00e9ciaux en raison de l’environnement hostile et salin. De plus, l’ascenseur a \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la conception des tours propos\u00e9es par SEAPOWER, puisqu\u00b4elles diff\u00e8rent des tours actuellement utilis\u00e9es pour les \u00e9oliennes fixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le projet SEAPOWER<\/a>, financ\u00e9 par le d\u00e9partement du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et des infrastructures du gouvernement basque (programme HAZITEK) et soutenu par le Fonds europ\u00e9en de d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional, est men\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’ing\u00e9nierie SENER, qui coordonnera \u00e9galement les activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la solution flottante. IDOM sera en charge de la solution fixe, tandis que deux entreprises leaders dans la fabrication de structures, HAIZEA WIND et NAVACEL, dirigent les packages li\u00e9s aux tours XXL et aux pi\u00e8ces de transition, respectivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le consortium est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par DITREL, d\u00e9veloppeur d’un concept innovant de connexion \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 la base de l’\u00e9olienne ; ERREKA, fabricant de solutions de fixation pour l’\u00e9olien offshore ; MUGAPE, expert en rev\u00eatements de surface anticorrosion et NAUTILUS Floating Solutions, d\u00e9veloppeur d’un concept propre de plateforme flottante. Le consortium est \u00e9galement soutenu par deux centres RVCTI, Tecnalia et Tekniker, ainsi que par le Cluster Energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous sommes donc 9 entreprises basques qui avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’unir nos forces \u00e0 la recherche de synergies pour proposer de nouvelles solutions pour l’offshore, pour promouvoir la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l’industrie basque et pour devenir des fournisseurs de premier niveau du secteur de l’\u00e9olien offshore.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
