Or, la demande de nouvelles constructions se heurte souvent \u00e0 la disponibilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e des terrains constructibles. La solution\u00a0: concevoir des b\u00e2timents de plus en plus hauts, qui finissent par devenir un symbole de statut et de pouvoir dans des centres urbains en expansion constante.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour relever les d\u00e9fis de cette situation, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, en collaboration avec Titan Cranes, notre distributeur en Australie, un syst\u00e8me de hissage qui permet une ascension rapide avec les meilleures garanties de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me\u00a0<strong>Lift Shaft<\/strong>, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9\u00a0<strong>syst\u00e8me de hissage \u00e0 trois poutres<\/strong>, repr\u00e9sente un grand \u00e9lan pour la construction de hauts gratte-ciel dans des villes au d\u00e9veloppement de plus en plus vertical.\u00a0<strong>Bosko Mujika<\/strong>, Directeur technique de JASO Tower Cranes et\u00a0<strong>Andrew Coffin<\/strong>, Directeur des co\u00fbts et d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de Titan, ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 cette solution innovante lors de la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la Tower Crane Virtual Conference.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-gestor-del-servicio wp-block-embed-gestor-del-servicio wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Lift Shaft Climbing System\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/D9QQwEpNvw0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p>Dans le syst\u00e8me Lift Shaft, la grue est plac\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du noyau en b\u00e9ton du b\u00e2timent et se hisse \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 trois poutres. Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9placer les cadres entre les diff\u00e9rents niveaux\u00a0; en outre, le syst\u00e8me hydraulique a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 de service.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le projet de levage des\u00a0<strong>International Towers Sydney,<\/strong>\u00a0trois gratte-ciel commerciaux situ\u00e9s \u00e0 Barangaroo, en Australie, est un exemple d\u2019application du syst\u00e8me Lift Shaft. Dans ce cas, Lendlease a fait appel \u00e0 Titan pour le levage.
