[EN] JASO Elevation Systems’ GP40 mast climbing work platform is now up and running on the Onyx Building project in Sofia, Bulgaria, together with our distributor @platformibg
Designed for construction, refurbishment and maintenance work, the GP40 provides access to any height along the façade, with a payload of up to 2,300 kg and a travel height of up to 150 metres.
Its square-section mast provides the rigidity required for safe work at height. Thanks to its versatility, wide range of accessories and extension system, the GP40 can adapt to different façade configurations and the specific requirements of each project.
Its integration with JASO’s monorail system also allows materials and personnel to move along the entire length of the platform, making façade cladding operations more efficient.
More productivity, greater safety and maximum flexibility for working at height.

[ES] La plataforma de trabajo sobre mástil GP40 de JASO Elevation Systems ya está operativa en la construcción del Onyx Building en Sofía (Bulgaria), junto a nuestro distribuidor @platformibg
Diseñada para trabajos de construcción, rehabilitación y mantenimiento, la GP40 permite operar a cualquier altura de la fachada con hasta 2.300 kg de carga útil y un recorrido de hasta 150 metros.

[EN] As #windturbine towers get taller, the lift inside them stops being a detail and becomes an engineering decision.
Travel height and site conditions change what actually works. That`s why we don`t default to a single drive system. We select it for each project: Rack & Pinion or rope-driven, matched to the height and the conditions of your tower. At extreme heights, #RackAndPinion is often the only viable option, and it`s technology we develop fully in-house.
The same logic applies to how power and signal reach the cabin, festoon or busbar, chosen by travel height so the lift performs reliably at every elevation.
👉 The taller the tower, the more the right drive system matters.

[ES] A medida que las #torreseólicas ganan altura, el elevador deja de ser un componente más para convertirse en una decisión de ingeniería.
La altura de recorrido y las condiciones de cada proyecto determinan qué sistema ofrece el mejor rendimiento. Por eso no trabajamos con una única solución: seleccionamos el sistema de accionamiento más adecuado para cada instalación, ya sea de piñón-cremallera o por cable.
En torres de gran altura, el sistema de piñón-cremallera suele ser la única opción viable, una tecnología que desarrollamos íntegramente en JASO.
La misma filosofía se aplica al suministro de energía y comunicaciones de la cabina. Elegimos entre un sistema festoon o busbar en función de la altura de recorrido, garantizando un funcionamiento fiable en cualquier configuración.
👉 Cuanto mayor es la torre, más importante es elegir el sistema adecuado.

At JASO, we continue expanding our range of tower crane base solutions with the design and manufacture of custom gantries, tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
These structures allow the tower crane base frame to be installed at an elevated level, keeping the space underneath completely clear. This creates room for vehicle access, storage areas and other spaces required during construction.
Each gantry is engineered according to the crane configuration, the base system used, the available space and the specific conditions of the jobsite. This flexibility enables us to provide solutions for projects with limited space while minimising the impact on site traffic and other construction activities.
The gantry shown in the images measures 10 × 10 m and 5 m in height, allowing vehicles to pass underneath the structure. It supports a BR10-24 base frame, compatible with TR24 tower sections, with the ballast installed directly on the gantry structure.

[ES] En JASO ampliamos nuestra gama de bases para grúas torre con el diseño y fabricación de pórticos a medida, adaptados a las necesidades específicas de cada proyecto.
Estas estructuras permiten instalar la base de la grúa a una altura superior, manteniendo libre el espacio situado debajo. De este modo, es posible habilitar zonas de paso para vehículos, áreas de almacenamiento u otros usos necesarios para el desarrollo de la obra.
Cada pórtico se diseña teniendo en cuenta las características de la grúa, la base utilizada, el espacio disponible y las particularidades del emplazamiento. Esta flexibilidad permite ofrecer soluciones para obras con limitaciones de espacio, reduciendo al mínimo el impacto sobre la circulación y el resto de las actividades.
El pórtico que muestran las imágenes, de 10 × 10 m y 5 m de altura, permite el paso de vehículos bajo la estructura. Sobre él se instala la base BR10-24, compatible con tramos de torre TR24, incorporando el lastre sobre la propia estructura.
