Recently, we attended KHL Group\u2019s Tower Cranes North America (TCNA) event in Nashville, where we were also sponsors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pedro Alonso V\u00e1zquez, Vice President and CEO of ESPAMEX, spoke at this event about how to optimize CAPEX and OPEX in a major project. Pedro Alonso, an industrial engineer with 35 years of experience in the sector and 10 years as CEO of ESPAMEX, shared insights on capital and operational optimization through innovative climbing solutions, both internal and external, for the Rise Tower in Mexico. The optimization of the climbing frame dimensions and the specialized knowledge of his team resulted in a significant competitive advantage in the project&#8217;s operational costs.
